Hays are the recruitment experts within the Facilities Maintenance and Service sector. We are currently looking for community safety advocates to join our ever-growing team of professionals.

**Your new role**

We are currently looking for multiple casual Community Safety Advocates to join a dynamic and customer focused Community Safety team. Community Safety is rated as the highest area of importance and concern to local residents and business owners within Perth Eastern Metropolitan Region. This role provides support to the local community on a number of Community Safety matters including animal management and local law enforcement queries. Community Safety Advocates will work within a 24-hour, 7-day week rotational roster which may include attending to after hours call-outs when required.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As a public figure for the community, you will need to have great communication skills, genuine passion for customer service and are competent in using conflict resolution skills to tackle a situation. You will also need:

- C-Class driving Licence
- National Police Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience in Customer Advocacy role (Strong customer service skills required)
- Experience working with Local Government is highly desirable
