**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Workplace Health and Safety, the Health and Safety Advisor sits within our People and Culture Team supporting both Minderoo and Tattarang. This is an exciting contract opportunity to combine your passion for health and safety with project delivery, supporting the roll out of the Safety Management System software. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with a number of Minderoo’s Focus Areas with responsibilities including:

- Liaising and engaging with stakeholders to develop effective executive working relationships which set a positive workplace culture and framework to meet operational and strategic objectives.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System software.
- Compiling statistical reports as required.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

We are a small but dynamic team and are looking for someone who is adaptable and forward thinking, with a positive, solutions driven attitude.

Your qualifications and experience will include:

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum.
- An understanding of the relevant HSE legislation.
- Ability to influence and drive change through relevant HSE initiatives and programs.
- Strong teamworking, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise across all business levels.
- Previous experience using Noggin or a similar system.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and autonomy.
- Competency in use of MS Office - in particular Excel and Outlook
