CHE Proximity is looking for a new breed of Account Executive
The Account Executive plays a vital role within the Account Management team. Much of the work you do will be instrumental in helping us provide the great service we strive for in our client relationships. As an Account Executive, your role is to support the team in the day-to-day running of the account, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
Knowledge
- You will need to develop a good knowledge of the industry.
- You will need to develop a strong knowledge of your client's products and services and be the ‘go to person' for this information.
- You will also need to monitor and collate the competitive creative work and support the team in developing competitor reviews.

Processes
You will need to develop a strong understanding of the agency processes and ensure their implementation. This includes:

- Day-to-day administration of your accounts - you will be responsible for updating status reports, arranging meetings, preparing agendas, writing contact reports, maintaining shared files.
- Supporting your AM/AD in the strategic & creative development process - this includes opening jobs, arranging creative briefings and reviews, briefing simple jobs, collating creative work, developing timing plans, internal trafficking of jobs.
- Supporting your AM/AD in the production process - this includes working with production to get detailed timing plans, quotes, managing regulatory approvals, completing media instructions and ensuring we have up-to-date media plans.
- Supporting your AM/AD in the financial management of the account - maintaining finance WIP, contributing to the management of the JCRs and ensuring billings are up-to-date.

Meetings
As part of your role, you will need to attend internal and external client meetings. This will include:

- Setting up client meetings - ensuring rooms are booked, the equipment works, refreshments are in place and that there are agendas.
- Meeting stimulus - supporting your AM/AD in the development of meeting stimulus including presentation & creative work.
- Writing contact reports - under the supervision of an AM/AD you will be required to take notes in meetings and produce and distribute a contact report within 24 hours.

Relationships
You will be required to develop strong relationships founded on a culture of honesty, respect and reliability.

**These relationships will need to include**:

- Within the agency - this will be key to your success in the role and includes your account team, planners, creatives, traffic and production teams. These are the people you need to work with in the day-to-day running of the account.
- With your clients - by anticipating your clients' needs and responding to their requests in a timely and proficient manner.
