**About the Role**We are seeking a qualified and experienced Advertising Specialist to join our team in Victoria. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated advertising campaigns across a range of media platforms, in alignment with the company's marketing strategy. This is a **full-time** position offering an annual salary of **$76,515** (excluding superannuation) + performance bonus.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement advertising strategies to promote products and services to target audiences.
- Plan and coordinate advertising activities across various platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and advertising opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including creative and media agencies.
- Evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Manage advertising budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and cost control.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and adherence to regulatory advertising standards.

Skills and Experience Required
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- The role is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Pay: $76,515.00 - $120,000.00 per year
