The RoleWe're looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist who thrives on both the creative and analytical sides of digital marketing. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while also producing engaging ad creatives (video and graphics) and improving the conversion rates of our landing pages.
This is a hands-on execution role, perfect for someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing and learning, and demonstrating tangible impact through clear reporting. This role may suit someone with agency experience who is excited to focus in-house on scaling one brand with global impact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, optimise, and expand paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling ad creatives, both graphics and video, that drive clicks and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing clear, actionable reports for management.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and CEO to set and optimise ad budgets.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, tools, and best practices to keep NovoPsych at the forefront of digital advertising.
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical rigour. You'll likely have experience in paid advertising across multiple platforms and be comfortable producing professional ad creatives.
Essential skills & experience:
- 3+ years' hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (across multiple platforms).
- Strong creative skills (graphic and video ad production).
- Demonstrated ability to improve campaign performance and optimise conversion rates.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO/CRO best practices.
