**About the role**

This full-time Advertising Specialist position at Lion Media Group offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading digital media and advertising agency in the heart of Melbourne, VIC. You will play a crucial role in devising and coordinating advertising campaigns across various digital channels to encourage consumers to purchase goods and services for our diverse range of clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies to reach target markets and promote goods and services effectively
- Coordinate production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and placement, within time and budget constraints
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the team to integrate advertising efforts with broader marketing activities

**What we're looking for**
- A qualification assessed as comparable to an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher, with a relevant major field of study preferred
- Minimum 3 years of highly relevant employment experience, depending on qualifications
- Proven experience in digital advertising, preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing role
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
