We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser who is looking for a full-time role and is willing to show us that you’ll go the extra mile and have the drive and passion to be a successful professional.

We have a large and loyal client base and we focus on providing high quality holistic advice.

**About you**

You are currently working as a Financial Adviser or have been working as an Associate Adviser for a number of years.

We are looking for a switched on, self-driven, energetic team player with a love for helping people and a willingness to embrace challenges.

You are going to be interacting with a lot of different people (both fellow team members and clients), so being friendly, outgoing and personable are high on our list of people we want to work with.

We are looking for an individual that can thrive in our highly motivated team and who is looking to advance their career and grow and develop over time.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Successfully transition an existing group of clients to be managed by you going forward.
- Utilise your existing and new external referral networks to enable yourself and the business to assist more clients.
- Analysing clients’ current financial position and building strategies and advice for our clients across multiple different areas, including wealth building, super, insurance, investments, cash flow and estate planning.
- Ensure all activity is performed within the bounds of existing regulatory requirements and Licensee standards.
- Participate in enhancing and building the team culture.
- Wherever possible, work collaboratively with, mentor and support all of the team members including off-shore staff.
- Provide regular reporting on your activity and outcomes.

**To be successful in this role, you have**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Financial Advice industry in a client facing role
- Fully qualified with FASEA exam completed and passed, and with the intention to complete the relevant education requirements if any.
- SMSF skills and qualifications desirable
- Knowledge of Xplan and Astute Wheel preferable
- Ability to present well, be well spoken and have a professional approach to your work
- Strong relationship skills essential
- Extensive experience with a mature client base (transitional and retiree clients) desirable
- A history of compliant annual audits
- Passionate about financial advice for all and for providing an exceptional client experience
- A presentable record of performance
- Be self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Be proficient with computer programs and systems, and have the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
