**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The IT Product Manager is responsible for the definition and support of the development of Digital/ICT products and services that are desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable and meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. This position is an instrumental Program (Agile Release Train) level role that collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to define the customer needs, understands the solution and business context, develops the Program Vision and Product Roadmap, and the Features that are required to meet these needs.

**ABOUT YOU**

You have proven experience in Digital programs/projects as IT Product Manager overseeing all elements of the digital product development lifecycle in a lean-agile environment.

You focus obsessively on the customer and have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, detail-oriented, organised and a natural problem solver. You can quickly build rapport and develop partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders to positively engage and collaborate on digital product development.

You passionately develop and communicate the Program Vision and Product Roadmap in collaboration with the Business Owner to ensure the customer needs and business outcome are clear and defined.

**HIGHLY REGARDED**
- Experience working on an Agile Release Train, Digital transformation program using agile teams-of-teams or other agile at scale initiatives.
- Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager
- Design thinking/service design experience
