Senior Product Manager – Payments
Drive innovation and shape the future of business payments. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in PayTo to lead the delivery and optimisation of key payment products within a high-impact, fast-moving environment.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and design through to delivery and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams, stakeholders, and external partners to create customer-centric solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and user experience across the payments landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage products through their full lifecycle, from inception to retirement.
- Develop and execute product strategies informed by market research, customer insights, and performance data.
- Prioritise requirements, define roadmaps, and coordinate delivery initiatives.
- Lead product launches, customer testing, and go-to-market activities.
- Provide expert advice to influence strategic direction and operational decisions.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven, hands-on experience with PayTo – this is essential.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Product Manager within payments, financial services, or technology-led environments.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, integrations, and product operations.
- Demonstrated success leading delivery teams and managing competing priorities.
- A data-driven, customer-focused approach to problem-solving and product innovation.
