**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to stay up-to-date with the latest regulations.
- Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are properly organized and stored.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations for migration agents and manage their calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations and assist in updating internal resources accordingly.
- Assist in organizing and conducting client seminars or workshops related to immigration topics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- CHINESE Speaking and Reading is necessary
- Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with immigration processes and procedures is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of multiple languages, especially languages commonly spoken by immigrants, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Training:

- This position involves working closely with an experienced migration agent who will provide comprehensive training.
- You will receive guidance and support to develop a solid understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

**Salary**: $50,660.00 - $66,432.94 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
