**The Role**

We are looking for a full-time or part-time registered migration agent to be based in our Sydney office and help grow our business there. You should have a well-developed knowledge of migration law along with an understanding of the international education sector.

You will be part of a young and dynamic team that is looking for creative ways to extend our footprint in Adelaide, SA, and around Australia. With a primary focus on STV, TR, Skill Assessments, GSM, Employer Sponsorships Programs -482, 494, 186, DAMA, Training Visas 407 and may also be required to manage ART and other visa cases.

**Duties**
- Provide expert migration advice and assistance to clients on various visa categories, including GSM, student, partner, employer-sponsored, and business visas.
- Keep up to date with the latest migration legislation and policy changes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and suggest suitable visa options.
- Manage the end-to-end migration process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote migration services and generate leads.
- Represent the company at seminars, networking events, and promotional activities.

**Skills and Experience**

Registered Migration Agent with a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) registration.

Strong understanding of Australian migration laws, visa procedures, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, sales-driven approach with the ability to convert leads into clients.

Experience in the education and migration industry is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
