Role Description
We are hiring for both Migration Assistant and a Registered Migration Agent. This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Migration Agent/Assistant located in
Parramatta and Sydney in NSW
. We are also looking for suitable candidates in Melbourne too. The position will be responsible for providing case-based advice, assisting with visa applications, documentation, refusals, appeals, and cancellations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Australian Migration Law and visa guidelines
- Expertise in Employer Sponsored visas and PR Pathways in Australia
- Experience in lodging visa applications and handling documentation
- Educate and support clients with logical case planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle visa refusals, appeals, and cancellations
- Relevant certification as a Registered Migration Agent for RMA role
- Additional language skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by migrants
