**About the role**
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you’ll provide each and every one of our Customers with a fantastic experience and service that meets their expectations. You will be in a team of around 10-12 who will be servicing a variety of lines into our specialist call centre.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Investigate issues and resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problems.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality information on our internal databases.
- Ensure Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles are a foundation for all client interactions and adhere to bank policy at all times.
As with most contact centres, you will have a shift rotation and will have some performance indicators such as handling time of the call and quality measures. These help us maintain a great level of service for our customers and clients.
**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
- Customer service experience with a customer centric approach and the ability to problem solve.
- Great communication skills and an ability to explain concepts to a variety of customers, adapting the style or approach to suit the individual.
- Good work ethic and a professional manner.
- An understanding of working in a regulated environment or experience of working within policies and procedures.
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve targets.
