**EO/Chief of Staff/Strategic Advisor - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

**Who are you?**

As our Executive Officer (known elsewhere as Chief of Staff / Advisor / Programme Lead), you will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and support him in all areas of general management. You will work in a hybrid capacity from Sydney (Pyrmont) and act as a strategy consultant by focusing on:

- Ensuring the effectiveness and time allocation of our CRO and Commercial Leadership team
- Driving connection to strategy
- Collaborate with Commercial Leadership team to allow for open communication, feedback, alignment and information sharing
- Coach and advise the Leadership team on effectiveness and accountability
- Review and improve current processes and ways of working to drive efficiencies
- Ensure CRO is engaging with Customers and Industry
- Foster connection and alignment with other business units and leadership teams
- Make recommendations in any area - fostering a focus on CI
