Due to continued growth we are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as General Manager
- Insurer Partnerships

**The Opportunity**
As the GM - Insurer Partnerships your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Drive targeted campaigns to support the business units and industry teams to pursue new business development opportunities.
- Understand and communicate Altius Groups business, target markets and value proposition. Share new ideas, insights and methods with teams to maintain best practice and communicate client and market intelligence.
- Provide regular performance analysis and required reporting.
- Be accountable for Marketing Campaign Management with Sales Skills training.
- Work with existing stakeholders & marketing team, to identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies
- Be instrumental in selling Altius Group and all our sub brands across the country.
- The ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and embrace change.
- Commercial awareness and an innovative mind-set for developing and evolving ways of working.
- To be a strategic thinker with strong focus on execution with the ability to build positive and collaborative working relationships for results.
- Aa outstanding understanding of business systems and data, to assist with business insights and opportunity spotting.
- Work with insurer partnerships to grow Altius group
- Responsible for maintaining insurance partnerships across Altius Group
- Responsible for growth across all altius group services

As an experienced and results-driven Business Development professional you will be a leader, using your highly developed influencing skills to enhance Altius Group’s internal and external relationship management, contributing ideas and developing engagement initiatives, driving value-add initiatives and providing strategic executive support.
