**The Role**
- Handling order placement and monitoring inventory levels.
- Generating and sending invoices to customers.
- Coordinating with warehouse personnel regarding order fulfillment.
- Undertaking miscellaneous transactional duties as required.
- Handling all aspects of Accounts Payable:

- Invoice processing.
- Entering purchase orders.
- Reconciling statements.
- Executing payment runs.
- Managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable:

- Allocating payments and receipts.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Conducting collections calls.
