The Role
Working in the dynamic Global Strategy and Communications team, you will be responsible for providing high level administrative assistance globally. Based out of the modern Sydney Olympic Park office, this role will see you utilise your developed copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail for the creation, development, and documentation of core activities for multiple areas of the Strategy & Communications team. Your superior interpersonal and customer service skills will ensure professional and friendly engagement with the Global Leads, their EA's and key stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the day-to-day innovation inbox and Smartsheet
- Generate weekly and bimonthly strategic reports, follow up/action tasks associated with reports
- Project work - including taking the lead on a number of global strategic initiatives
- Admin support for projects and meetings i.e., agenda's, minutes, follow up tasks etc.
- Supporting our regional Innovation Ambassadors
- Management of our online Innovation and Toolkit webpages
- Support with quarterly global Innovation Business Challenges
- Source and develop internal communications to highlight any projects, successes, and challenges
- Supporting the wider communications team with design work

**What we are looking for**:

- Exemplary written and verbal communication
- Proven, developed copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change and produce high quality work under tight timeframes
- Self-motivated with a professional approach
- Positive and ‘can do' attitude
- Ability to learn new systems and processes to produce materials essential to the job
- University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business would be an advantage but not essential
