This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join one of Australia's most successful and well-loved hospitality brands. We are seeking a digitally savvy, creative, and focused individual to join the team and facilitate communications across multiple channels.

The Marketing Manager for this stand-alone position is expected to be creative, organised, and personable. This is an extremely hands on role with a mix of internal marketing responsibilities and responsibility for liaising with external consultancies.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Production and implementation of strategic, creative, and targeted marketing campaigns
- Proactively sourcing exciting opportunities in line with the brands standards to achieve the required sales and KPI’s
- Overseeing all marketing activities to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and delivery
- Increasing brand awareness and driving sales through the website, social media, and promotional campaigns
- Ensuring a creative and innovative flair when creating and reviewing graphic designs to achieve an overall cohesive branding strategy
- Collaborating and working with an external PR team and Social Media Marketing team
- Respond to the Gradi community in a timely manner
- Building and maintaining a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- A Tertiary level qualification in Marketing
- Proven 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing Officer/Manager role.
- Supervisory and mentoring experience will be well regarded
- Have a positive “can do” attitude
- Ability to communicate professionally, achieve objectives, and demonstrate results.
- Highly organised and able to work in a multi entity company
- An understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to adapt quickly to the current creative trends.
- Able to come into the office 5 days a week.
