**About the role**
The Product Manager - International Business is responsible for supporting the ongoing management and development of our International Business product strategy.
**Key responsibilities**
- The role will be a product SME for the International Business products to drive collaboration with all key stakeholders to ensure staff and member queries are addressed appropriately; driving solutions and providing innovative ideas to enhance current product offers.
- The Product Manager - International Business is also responsible for ensuring our products continue to adhere to regulatory and legislative requirements per the Department of Home Affairs and that all OVHC product information is up to date wherever mentioned, such as web content; product summaries; brochures, member guide and training materials.
- Conduct regular product research and analysis to assess market competitive

- Identify and define new product development/marketing opportunities in conjunction with stakeholders;
- Support the development of strategies and initiatives to achieve sales and financial objectives for International Business;
- Support Senior Product Manager - Diversified Business and Head of Product, Diversified Business, Head of International Business and Head of Actuarial & Pricing, Diversified Business to define and agree on
- product strategy;
- Provide project management support for key projects as required;
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in product management, business analyst and/or
sales/marketing, preferably in Financial Services.
- A good understanding of:
- Commercial processes
- Business Key Performance Indicators
- Customer Focus and sustainable business improvements
- Internal and External Stakeholder management
- Pricing and Product analysis techniques
- Strong business analytical capabilities and experience using tools such as Jira
- Strong computer literacy skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, succinct reports and recommendations and to support with data analysis.
- Ability to prioritise, work with minimum supervision and support a team environment.
- Sense of commitment to meet business unit’s objectives.
- Ability to think independently and initiate improvement.
