**About the role**
Responsible for liaising with a diverse and ever-changing stakeholder group, you will support optimal workforce engagement, experience and culture, via an organisation-wide active listening framework. You will also leverage the data you gather in these supportive activities to support leaders to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify opportunities for their continual improvement.
**About you**
To be considered you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organisational Design or similar
- Knowledge of and skill in HR/IR practice in a highly dispersed, unionised workforce
- Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to drive program delivery, leveraging stakeholder relationships for success
- Demonstrable knowledge of contemporary workforce and talent management principles and practices
- Proven problem-solver and sponsor of innovative and continuous improvement
- Autonomous work style and sound decision-making
- Current Australian driver’s licence
