**About the Role**
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced HR professional to join the HR & Wellbeing team in the
accurate human resource policy and procedural advice to business unit managers.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage the end to end recruitment process for assigned business units;
- Manage and provide advice and strategies for employee relations matters;
- Manage the change process for restructures and operational changes;
- Provide advice regarding development of new or changes to position/s;
- Facilitate Induction for new starters;
- Assist in preparing HR policies and guidelines.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Essential - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business/Employee or Industrials Relations or 3+years’ experience in HR
2. NSW Drivers Licence (Class: C)
3. Strong knowledge of NSW Local Government State Award & other relevant legislation
4. Ability to navigate a political environment and adapt to a fast paced and diverse working environment
5. Ability to prioritise, multitask and a constructive contributing team player.

**Position details**:
Temporary full-time role, ML240 Salary: Starting From $105K per annum + Superannuation
