**enrichHR** is a long established company servicing a diverse range of clients in many industry sectors, which provides an exciting environment where no two days are ever the same. There is NO Sales aspect to this role and we will provide training and guidance to develop and hone your skills as a consultant.
**About the role**
This role, reporting to our Senior Consultant, will be instrumental in ensuring that the HR and compliance needs of our clients' businesses are met and their people strategy is delivered in collaboration with our Consultants. Working alongside our Consultants, who partner with the business owners or internal HR, this role will play an active part in the HR administrative management and onsite support. This role would suit a HR administrator or officer who is ready to embark on a learning pathways to consultant. You will be given an opportunity to learn and grow into a HR Consultant role as soon as your knowledge and skills allow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of your own clients on the day to day HRIS management and general enquiries, including onsite support as required
- Manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle through the HRIS enableHR (where applicable) from onboarding through to exit
- Shadow the HR consultants in learning how to provide general HR advice, coaching and support to our client leaders and managers including restructures, acquisitions, Fair Work claims and workers compensation matters
- Oversee and assist with recruitment, if required for your clients - this may mean managing Preferred Supplier agreements with external Recruiters
- Work on client site where appropriate to assist with training, WHS briefings, handbook and policy rollouts and other special projects in partnership with our consultants
- Work with our HR Support team to deliver comprehensive HR administration and record keeping
- Identify other needs and pain points for which enrichHR may be able to provide additional support and services such as Psychometric testing, Leadership Development Programs, 360's and more
**What you bring to this role**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- 3+ years HR Administration experience
- Experience in managing a HRIS
- A desire to work in a challenging and diverse environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of employee relations, legislative framework and industrial instruments - Modern Awards, Fair Work Act and other legislation
- Solutions focused with commercial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to relate at all levels
- Technologically sound and very systems savvy
