About us
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority, and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
About the role
- Perform a range of financial and administrative services including but not limited to, the processing and payment of financial assistance awarded by the Tribunal
- Provide advice and information to registrars and administrative staff regarding the status of payments of VOCAT awards
- Perform administrative functions including data entry, filing, archiving and reconciliations
- Create and maintain the database of vendors and banking details
- Arrange for the payment of invoices as directed by the Team Leader or Principal Registrar
- Other duties as directed consistent with the classification of the role.

About you
Strong and accurate data entry skills are essential as is attention to detail. Ability to remain focused and able to priortise changing work loads. Reliability.
