As the **Manager Strategic Disruption Planning**, you will lead initiatives that proactively mitigate flight disruptions and improve customer journeys across all Qantas AOCs.
This role is key to embedding key improvements to processes and translating the Disruption Transformation vision into tangible initiatives across the Disruption experience for our people and customers. You’ll bring your strong industry experience and leadership, a passion for business improvement and a customer-first mindset to to drive innovation and excellence in disruption management at Qantas.
**You’ll Have**:
- 6-10 Years of experience in commercial aviation
- A strong understanding of airline systems and processes
- Project Management Proficiency and/or Program Delivery experience
- Adaptable to changing environments
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Negotiation & strong communication skills
- People Management/ leadership experience
- A strong understanding of the Qantas customer experience, and products and services
- Highly credible with the ability to build strong effective working relationships, motivate, lead and influence others
