About the team:
The Enterprise Strategy and Change Department coordinates the design and delivery of an enterprise strategic planning framework together with governance of the enterprise project portfolio, delivery of IT-enabled change projects, and the provision of an enterprise continuous improvement capability. Collectively these activities support the planning, prioritisation and delivery of change activity from across the RBA to achieve our Corporate Plan.
This role reports to Head of Enterprise Strategy and Change and will be pivotal in building and embedding strategic planning for the Bank to deliver on the Bank's vision, while leading and developing individuals and teams to achieve goals and deliver RBA outcomes.
About the role:
- Support the design, development and embedding of a Bank-wide strategic planning framework. Plan and coordinate strategic planning activities Bank-wide.- Help to shape and deliver initiatives to create the desired organisational change.- Work with key enterprise stakeholders to build understanding and alignment for the strategic planning process to be effective.- Partner with colleagues in Finance, HR, and IT to make enterprise planning efficient.- Maintain links between the Bank’s strategic priorities, Group strategies, and initiatives.- Curate updates to the Executive Committee, the Governance Board, and other forums- Provide direction and guidance to colleagues both inside and outside formal responsibility- Promote an open and dynamic culture through all interactions
About you:
- Demonstrated experiencing in delivering strategic change at the enterprise level- Significant experience in managing and coordinating stakeholders across the enterprise to successfully deliver change.- The ability to effectively influence and negotiate through both verbal and written communication- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage risks and issues.- Experience leading, developing and motivating a work area or project of employees who exercise independence in their work- Demonstrated ability to own and communicate responsibilities in relation to health, safety and holistic wellbeing.
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
