**Job Description Training Developer**

**Mandatory Requirements**:
Location Perth. Must have a digital background using Camtasia to develop videos.

**Preferable experience**: Voice-over of videos.

**Licenses required for this project**: Camtasia.

**Required Professional and Technical Expertise**:

- Interpersonal skills - should have good interpersonal skills to interact with the SMES, project team, users, & stakeholders.
- Adaptability - should be able to adjust their material to meet the needs of the users. This can help create a more engaging and effective learning experience. This is also a fast-paced project, so they need to be adaptable and flexible to changes.
- Communication - should be able to use verbal and non-verbal communication to explain concepts, provide feedback, and promote learning. They should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Active listening - should be attentive, listen to what others say, and reflect on it effectively.
- Other skills that would be a value add are patience, attention to detail, creativity, and self-motivation

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $300.00 - $600.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Camtasia: 1 year (preferred)
- Voice-over of videos: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital background: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Perth, WA 6000 (preferred)
