**About the Role**

Working in Perth and surrounding areas you will be responsible for building relationships with Stakeholders (Workforce Australia providers, employers, schools, and community organisations) to facilitate the enrolment of job seekers and existing workers into nationally recognised training.

The role includes but is not limited to the following duties:

- Lead Generation and Sales, follow up with potential students and enrol
- Build relationships with Workforce Australia providers to provide training & employment opportunities for job seekers
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Meet with employers to discuss training opportunities for existing workers and employment opportunities for job seekers
- Obtain vocational placement opportunities for students when needed

**About you**
- Have a sound understanding of Jobs & Skills programs in WA
- Motivated, energetic, self-starter who after training in the role can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with ability to relate to stakeholders and students of varying backgrounds and nationalities
- Genuine love/concern for people and desire to help them change the course of their lives
- Previous business development experience is an advantage
