**About this role / Key responsibilities**

A position has become available for a motivated **Administration Assistant **with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to support the **Private Business Tax and Advisory **(Business Services) team in Perth.

This is a diverse and fast-paced role, with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):

- General administrative duties such as filing, scanning and document preparation
- Support with organisation of team training, including room bookings and catering
- Completion of ATO lodgements
- Assist the National Corporate Secretarial team with collating ASIC company annual review statements and attending to basic ASIC company changes (please note that training will be provided for Corporate Secretarial tasks)
- Preparation of correspondence and other documentation
- Database and system management - update Salesforce CRM, Xero and other systems

Please note that additional training in CorpSec tasks can be provided to those with no prior experience in this area.

You will also attend to other _ad hoc_ tasks and support our Executive Assistants and the broader team as required.

**Skills and experience**

**_Required_**
- Conscientious with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills, with a positive approach to teamwork and ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of various stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams

**_Desirable_**
- Previous administration experience within a corporate environment would be advantageous
