Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Manage and maintain records and documentation with accuracy.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
- Prepare reports and presentations in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Support other team members with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
