This role will report into the Motor Fleet Underwriting Manager and play a key role in developing best in market relationships with the brokerages in the state. You could be coming from a broker, relationship manager, claims, or underwriter background.

**About the role**- Underwriting motor fleet insurance risks and adhering to underwriting guidelines and standards- Providing quotations for renewals and manage ongoing endorsements- Working effectively within the underwriting team and contributing to the development of staff to convert quality business to achieve profitable growth- Keep abreast of market conditions and trends and maintain a market presence in their region and LoB community within Allianz. Provide feedback to stakeholders and take action to capitalise on business opportunities

**About you**- Prior experience within Claims, Dispute Resolution, Underwriting and/or Account Management within the Insurance industry is highly desired- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to both build relationships and influence at all levels- A strategic thinker with an ability to analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and implement credible solutions- Enthusiastic team player with ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base.
