Your duties will include: - Provide leadership and mentorship support to your team of Provisional and Registered Psychologists or Rehab Counsellors within the business - Lead your team to meet individual and team targets - Manage a small number of cases and perform service to maintain your technical & professional skills. - Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team. - Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients **The Benefits** New team members are matched up with a buddy and enjoy comprehensive induction and employee assistance programs combined by ongoing workplace mentoring. If social events and activities are your thing, we have plenty to choose from too **Qualifications**: Our new team member will have: - 2 + years experience in occupational rehabilitation industry or 1 + years experience in a leadership role. - Tertiary allied health qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Mental Health - Social Work. - Registration with either Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or Full Membership with the Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australia (RCAA) - Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role; - Clinical knowledge of pathologies - Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships - Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment - A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative and achieve results - A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits - Energy and drive to grow our services - A current drivers' license and access to their own vehicle **Additional Information**: Our core values are always at the heart of the work that we do every day: - We act with **integrity**.
