About The Role

This is a full-time position leading an offsider or small team across a variety of sites, including aged care facilities, commercial properties, and residential gardens. You'll be hands-on while also making sure the job is done right, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a team leader or senior gardening role
  • TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent)
  • Skilled in all aspects of garden maintenance – mowing, hedging, pruning, planting, weeding, irrigation, pest & disease control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team
  • Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship
Requirements
  • Must pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check
  • Must be up to date with flu and COVID vaccinations (including booster)
