Our **Energy & Utilities**business has a full-time permanent position available for an **Electrical Team Lead**to join a large project with BlueScope Steel in the Illawarra region, 80km south of Sydney in Wollongong. The project with BlueScope Steel is the refurbishment of their Number Six Blast Furnace. It is an iconic project that occurs every 15 years and runs for approximately three years.
You will lead, plan, direct and control the daily work on a blast furnace reline, ensuring scope requirements are met and in line with the JSEA, SSW, Scope of work, and Schedule. Well versed in Electrical Instrumentation and Control Systems, you will work alongside other Team Leaders under the Crew Supervisor on the project.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Hold a Cert III Electrotechnology with a current Electrical licence, **_or _**:

- Hold a Cert III Instrumentation & Control
- Hold an industry White Card
- Proven experience in heavy industrial plant, with demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to lead a team with well-developed communication skills and delegate responsibilities to direct reports
- Exposure / experience with project planning, execution and delivery preferred but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks independently and prioritise effectivelyAn ability to commit Mon - Fri work being available for some overtime when required.
