**Talent Acquisition Manager | Hub Australia**

**Reports to**: National People & Culture Manager

**Location**: Sydney / Melbourne

**Employment type**:Ongoing full-time

**Stakeholders**: This role works closely with all departments and management levels.

**Ordinary hours of work**: 38 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be required to perform the duties of the role.

**Other expectations**: Regular interstate travel is expected. In-person attendance at the annual company gathering on a Saturday plus in-person attendance at Quarterly leadership meetings (weekdays) is expected.

**Your role**
A new and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and passionate talent acquisition specialist to make a genuine impact in a rapidly growing business. Sitting within the People & Culture team, you will create, oversee, and manage all talent acquisition tasks and initiatives nation-wide. With the help of a small team, you will manage our strategy to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market.

**Responsibilities**
- Identifying the organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy - including Employer Brand efforts - to improve recruitment and business performance
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function for Hub Australia nationally
- Provide exceptional leadership and influencing skills to guide the business forward with innovative solutions to hiring the best talent
- Develop and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and hiring plans for Hub Australia nationally
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Hire, manage and train Talent Acquisition, team members
- Determine sourcing strategy for key roles within the organisation
- Develop key D&I recruitment strategies in consultation with the Environment Social Governance Manager
- Manage the recruitment budget with a focus on cost minimisation
- Assist with the development of the company EVP and employer brand in the market
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities, ensuring the brand is well positioned within the community and market
- Manage the relationship and cost of agencies with a view to building a bench of trusted agency partners
- Build talent pipelines for both hard to fill roles and high-turnover roles
- Continuous improvement in TA tech, and implementation of systems to ensure the team work smarter, not harder
- Determine staffing needs and produce forecasting for new clubhouse openings and business expansion
- Develop and deliver recruitment training to all people leaders within the organisation
- Network within local communities to position the organisation as an employer of choice, attend local networking events as required
- Any other tasks as requested by your manager
