Hybrid is a high-growth media company with offices in the UK, Malaysia, and Australia. Through our people, process, and global presence we create more compelling media for international brands in education and technology.
After substantial recent investment by new ownership, we anticipate a significant increase in headcount across all our regions over the next two years. This Talent Acquisition role will be pivotal to the success and overall growth of the APAC region and the Sydney office specifically as it continues to increase revenues.
**The Role**
The role will focus primarily on talent acquisition - recruiting sales, business development and account management staff that share our values, vision and high standards. Your positive attitude and outstanding sense of teamwork will shape our employer brand and culture and the continued development of our employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting into the COO and local senior management to achieve our 2021 and beyond growth ambitions
- Working closely with the Global Sales Director on selections, onboarding, and development
- Liaising with the Recruitment Manager in the UK to ensure our overarching recruitment strategies are aligned
- Provide sustained support to our Kuala Lumpur operation
- Outbound recruiting using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek CV Search & Indeed
- Management of our recruitment advertising budget to post roles on relevant job boards
- Proactive management of our social media outreach to support talent acquisition
- Analyse and report on recruitment data to inform our overall strategy
- Consult with internal digital and editorial teams to drive our employer branding strategy across our website and social media channels
- Help manage social events across the year as part of our office culture
- Ensure all HR administration remains accurate and up to date
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
- Degree qualification preferred
- Intuitive and an exceptional judge of character and skill sets
- Experience in sales recruitment
- Highly organized
- Outstanding communication skills to articulate the Hybrid value proposition\
- Always well-presented, a clear ambassador for the employer brand
- Able to engage with internal stakeholders at a range of levels

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
