Learning and Development Manager

**As the Learning and Development Manager you will**:
- Develop the Learning and Development Strategy for Smart Service Queensland ensuring alignment with the current and future direction of the organisation
- Develop training plans for Smart Service Queensland encompassing train-the trainer and officer training programs with input from multiple stakeholders including DSITI, key agency clients and within Smart Service Queensland
- Lead and manage the development of program design, development, delivery and evaluation of training programs that support business objectives
- Ensure training initiatives are linked to business requirements and supportive of organisational objectives
- Lead and manage the Learning and Development team to ensure effective implementation and delivery of training initiatives across Smart Service Queensland
- Establish key partnerships with internal and external providers to ensure Smart Service Queensland's Learning and Development program aligns with industry best practice.
- Collate, analyse and report on the performance of Learning and Development ensuring a relentless focus on continuous improvement
- Manage and monitor contracts, service provision, upgrades and third party support with external providers to ensure the effective delivery of online training activities.
