**About the role**

We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable **Rostering Coordinator** to join our friendly and supportive team in head office located in Clayton. As a rostering Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth scheduling and allocation of our workforce resources to meet our clients needs. Your exceptional organisational communication skills will help us deliver high quality care and support services to our valued clients.

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication in your interactions with clients, support workers and teams.
- Co-ordinate development and ongoing coverage of client rosters
- Allocate and match workforce resources to clients’ specific needs, ensuring continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up to date electronic databases for efficient roster management.
- Build positive working relationships with clients.

- Previous experience in Rostering/Scheduling (preferred but not essential)
- Have high level knowledge of NDIS and Home care services.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Can work well under pressure and has exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- A confident individual who has a client and solutions focused approach to work.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $32.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screen Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
