At the myHomecare Group you will be part of a team of likeminded individuals across the country who support older Australians to continue living in their homes longer. With a rich 100-year history, we have been delivering exceptional care to older Australians since the year our oldest client was born.

This role will be challenging, fast-paced and require a high-level of organisation and resilience. The Scheduling Coordinator will report to the Scheduling Team Leader and will coordinate our field staff to provide services to our client base across Victoria.

This is a full-time position, based in our Clayton VIC office. There is the requirement to work a rotating roster which also provides great work / life balance, the shift start times vary from 6am, 8am and 10am Monday to Friday.

**As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will**:

- Be responsible for the creation, administration and management of rosters for our field employees
- Accurately maintain rosters and provide written and/or verbal communication to clients and or staff when there are any changes
- Ensure client services are covered by employees with the appropriate skill level to achieve the highest standards of client care
- Work at a fast pace while adhering to myHomecare policies and procedures
- Deliver best practice scheduling by preparing long term rosters in a timely and efficient manner in line with the appropriate award considerations
- Monitor and ensure all shifts have been delivered, completed and documented appropriately
- Action and keep appropriate documentation of phone calls and/or communication relating to scheduling tasks such as sick leave calls, rostering issues, change requests, client enquiries etc.

**We are looking for someone with**:
This position will suit somebody who is highly organised, articulate, has an eye for detail and can think outside the box. With a 'can do' attitude and self-directed initiative you can multi-task and problem solve under pressure, whilst remaining composed. You have an ability to develop and nurture positive and engaging relationships with a diverse staff and client base and can communicate with empathy and respect. Obtaining knowledge of the geographical regions of Victoria will be essential.
- Experience maintaining and updating a scheduling database preferred, however full training will be provided
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable
- Strong professional interpersonal skills - both verbal and written
- The right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance
- Be available to work full time, Monday to Friday and a rotating roster with varied start times
