**About the role**:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable rostering coordinator to join our friendly and supportive head office team located in Clayton.
**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem solving and great communication skills.
- Co-ordinate development and ongoing coverage of client rosters
- Allocate and match workforce resources to clients’ needs.
- Maintain electronic databases.
- Administer advised workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning.
- Have the ability to build positive working relationships with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be available to work one weekend a month.

- Previous experience in Rostering/Scheduling (preferred but not essential)
- Have high level knowledge of NDIS and Home care services.

- Can work well under pressure and has exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- A confident individual who has a client and solutions focused approach to work.
6 days a week.
