A Rostering coordinator works as a member of a fun and dedicated team who allocate workforce resources to our clients. Carers Network are keen to expand that team and invite you to join our group.

The serviced hours will be shared between the team over a rotating roster - Monday to Friday - 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Allocate and match workforce resources to client needs.
- Maintain electronic databases
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and general administrative duties

**If you have**:

- Previous experience in Rostering/Scheduling
- Strong communication both written and verbal skills.
- Positive "can-do" attitude and Client service focus.
- Team Player
- Ability to problem solve.
- Time management skills and highly organised

**COVID Work Rule**:
In line with the current Victorian government mandate that workers will be required to have their COVID-19 vaccinations completed prior to commencing work.

All Office Staff are to have their NDIS Worker Screen Check

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $32.50 per hour

- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screen Check (preferred)
