Due to an internal promotion, this role is responsible for undertaking duties under the direction of the Project Manager-Systems Implementation necessary for the implementation of IT Projects across the organization. These will include upgrades to existing systems and the implementation of new systems in accordance with agreed plans and budgets.

This role will collaborate with various teams within mecwacare to ensure successful system implementation, including project strategy and planning, system documentation, processes, policy and procedure requirements and project monitoring, reporting and evaluation.

- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in project implementation.
- Well-developed organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks.
- Business Analysis skills and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of risk management and quality improvement principles.
- Sound analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Resourceful and self-driven.
- Advanced systems administration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration.
- Prince2 Foundation 2017 and ITIL v3 certified.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in systems implementation planning and reporting.
- Experience in project management methods.
- Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
