**What you will do**:
As we continue to innovate and grow, our Enterprise Solutions Manager plays a significant role in being the eyes and ears of our customers. Being an initiative leader, you will create new business opportunities for our company while maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers. By joining our Digital Solutions team, you will be equipped with the latest knowledge along with autonomy to become a reliable partner in understanding our customers’ requirements.
**How you will do it**:
- Connect with personnel across business lines and handle external vendors and suppliers to build both internal and external relationships.
- Create new business opportunities by identifying potential partnerships, opportunities and markets to enhance efficiency within the organisation’s sales and marketing departments.
- Direct strategic marketing by recommending improved strategies to expand market reach and by coordinating activities between sales and marketing teams to introduce new campaigns, share content and make moves that drive sales growth.
- Grow opportunities for customers by learning about their goals and helping them achieve it while collaborating with the sales team to improve our sales too.
- Support operations planning by working together with executives and operations specialists to assess and improve marketing and sales operations both internally and externally.
**What are we looking for**:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning and operations improvement
- Strong digital literacy
- Previous and proven experience with Technology based Solution and Innovate Sales
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with C-Level executives.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare a wide variety of communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
