**Salary**: $120k base + super + lucrative commissions

**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, particularly with GP clinics, to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored practice management strategies, assessing their operational needs and challenges to deliver effective solutions.
- **Project Delivery**: Oversee the implementation of practice management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
- **Department Growth**: Lead efforts to grow the practice management department, mentoring junior team members and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
- **Industry Insights**: Stay current on healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations to stay competitive.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare comprehensive reports on client performance, market trends, and departmental growth metrics for senior leadership.

**About You**
- **Industry Expertise**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in practice management, with a proven background in managing GP clinics.
- **Business Acumen**: Strong experience in business development and client relationship management, with a strategic approach to planning and execution.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- **Analytical Problem Solver**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business operations and offer actionable recommendations.
- **Self-Starter**: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with practice management software and healthcare regulations is advantageous.
