**We are The Gentle Dentist**

We are a busy 3-chair practice located in Mt Warren Park looking for a kind, energetic and experienced practice manager to take the clinic to the next level. You will be leading a small team of vibrant, friendly, and supportive professionals with a genuine passion to create healthy smiles and make a difference, you will instantly feel at home with us. We provide a wide range of dental services from cleaning and general dentistry to endodontics, implants, and Invisalign.

**About the role**
The role includes reception duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and face-to-face contact with patients. You will also be responsible for staff rosters, implementing, and maintaining clinic procedures, KPI management, and more.

- Be passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing the best experience to our patients
- Be a dedicated team player
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisation abilities
- High attention to detail
- Previous dental management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
