**What You'll Do**:
As our Field Sales Manager - WA/SA/NT, you will:

- **Make a difference**:Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of state sales performance through the delivery of financial results and performance of the team against key objectives and sales targets. Effective communication and engagement with the team while driving accountability critical to the success of this role.
- **Innovate and solve problems**:Lead & drive safety plans and initiatives to create a Business Unit-wide culture of empowerment, personal accountability, and preventative action
- **Collaborate**: Have great capacity and resourcefulness to uncover customer intelligence and form relationships that will get things done. Leads impactful individual development plans, be aware of each person's ambitions/personal goals, provide challenging and stretch tasks and assignments, holds frequent development discussions and provide feedback.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Demonstrate great capacity and resourcefulness to uncover customer intelligence and form relationships that will get things done
- **People Management**: Be responsible of a team of 5 direct reports, who are based in SA and WA. This role can be based in Perth or Adelaide.
