This role is key to keeping our sales process running smoothly - from managing quotes to processing orders through our CRM and SAP systems. You'll provide vital support to both our State Sales teams and our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
- Generation of quotes and following up with clients once received.
- Implement procedures to ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through Salesforce.
- Using Salesforce reports, ensure that all quotes and activities are followed up by the sales department.
- Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
- Process, order & manage approved quotes.

**YOUR SKILLS**

Success in this role will rely on your ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of people, along with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service in a highly competitive market. You will be responsible for providing quotes for our **industrial door**side of the business, so attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite is a must. Exposure to Sales Force (CRM) is a bonus, however you don't need to have working experience in our CRM, we provide full training
