_We are seeking a well-presented, highly motivated Receptionist / Administrator with the ability to handle a fast-paced reception role.The role is for Full Time Casual to commence immediately._
- AGG DOORS is a Garage Door Company that services Residential And Commercial Customers, we Provide services like Installation, Service Repairs and Automation._
- We are located in Hallam and would prefer the applicant to be close by. _

**The Role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Reception duties with an emphasis on a high level of customer service
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and responding to customer enquiries
- Effectively booking requests for quotes, & jobs into the Job Management System
- Accurate data entry
- Front Desk Sales Processing payments via the Eftpos terminal
- General office duties
- Entries into MYOB (Prior experience is a benefit but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and understand the products and services we provide so they can provide a higher level of customer service.
- May require to organise posting or couriers for products.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous Reception and/or administration experience (Garage Industry preferred but not essential)
- High standard of professionalism and phone manner
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- MS Office products including Excel
- Google Apps: Mail, Docs, Spreadsheets.
- MYOB (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to Multi task
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Melbourne suburb locations (preferred but not essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $66,873.79 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hallam, VIC 3803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
