**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. **As a Performance Specialist**, you will contribute to, and enable the effective and efficient provision of analytics and performance reporting within Member Engagement. You will combine analytical skills with a deep understanding of the business and drivers, engaging with stakeholders through forward thinking and the provision of strategic insights, reports and outputs. Working within the Member Engagement Performance team and collaboratively with stakeholders across the Group, you will influence through analysis of data, performance measurement, assessment of trends and development of actionable insights and recommendation. This role requires a balance of operational, strategic and commercial skillsets.

**This role is available as a permanent opportunity.**

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Strong experience in facilitating & presenting outcomes through effective stakeholder management and relationships.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills evidenced through ability to describe relationships between strategic and operational elements.
- Ability/experience in working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting
priorities and deadlines.
- High level communication skills (written and verbal) demonstrated through ability to translate technical concepts for targeted audiences.
- Understanding of strategic priorities and performance metrics of the business unit in order to make resource recommendations to the Leadership team.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and motivation.
