You Will
- Develop and drive innovative global paid digital strategy in partnership with wider marketing team and key external vendors.
- Manage execution of campaigns through our paid digital assets, including third party agencies on ad creative, performance improvements and budget allocations.
- Actively manage paid media across search, social, affiliates, display, programmatic, retargeting networks, including daily optimisation in line with the marketing calendar.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and founders to ensure strategy is in line with brand vision and goals and is locally relevant.
- Proactively identifying digital innovations and channels to keep Lorna Jane at the forefront of new opportunities.
- Manage the relationships with external agencies to ensure they are exceeding expectations.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or Similar).
- Minimum of three years digital marketing experience preferably within the retail industry.
- Expert understanding of building and implementing digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, remarketing and affiliates.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- High attention to detail & impeccable time management skills.
- Ability to consistently create and embrace change.
- Customer focus and service mindset.
