**About the Role - Client Services Officer**
This position is located at Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a client focused superstar who can support reception and our team with general administration and housekeeping duties as required. We are looking for an upbeat and vibrant professional who has the following qualities:

Your duties as our Client Services Officer will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting our reception along with answering & screening incoming calls in a professional manner
- Electronic collation & upload of year-end client information (including cover letters, documents for signing, invoices etc) to our secure client digital signature portal for signature.
- Assist with creating jobs in our workflow system to track the progress of tasks throughout the office
- File & maintain confidential documentation
- Process lodgements to the Australian Taxation Office
- Manage our ASIC Compliance and assist with setup of new structures such as companies and trusts
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management
- Manage electronic mail downloads and distribution to clients
- Liaise with Government departments such as ATO and ASIC
Please be aware that our successful applicant will possess the following:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years office administration experience in an accouting firm
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Knowledge in the use of Handisoft Suite of software will be advantageous
- Good with technology and problem solving skills
